EXITING TO DOS

To enter DOS you need to use the MENU system command from FILER. Or you may try to run a program directly with the F4 Run key. However, when you try, you often will get the annoying message: "Cannot launch file: Other applications are open. Press ESC to continue."

You now have to go back and close any open applications. The problem is that you probably don't remember which applications are open.

The trick is to first quit FILER (MENU quit). From there you will be placed in the previously opened application, which you can quit. In this way, continue quitting applications until you find yourself at the opening screen.

Now, return to FILER and exit to DOS.
