CLOSING FILER OR SETUP DOESN'T SAVE SYSTEM RAM 95LX 100LX

FILER and SETUP are always in memory therefore they are never closed. The same is true for TOPCARD. Pressing (MENU) Quit to exit these applications doesn't save any System RAM.
