Low power Flash cards. Compatible with PCMCIA version 2 and Intel Series II industry standards. Available in capacities from 256K to 2MB with 5 volt operation and programming voltages (can read and write from either HP Palmtop. Also available in capacities from 256K to 4MB, with 5 volt operation and 12 volt programming voltages (can read from either Palmtop, but would have to write to from desktop PC). SunDisk 40MB Flash Memory Card 100LX

SunDisk's new SDP5A-40 solid-state Flash memory card has a formatted capacity of 41.9MB, which can be doubled to 80MB with compression software preloaded on the card.

This new PCMCIA II mass storage card will work with the HP 100LX and the HP OmniBook superportable computer.

SunDisk Extended Temperature Flash Cards 100LX

SunDisk's new SDP5I FlashDisk product family extends the temperature range in which storage devices can operate. The new product line has an operating range of -13F to +167F (-25C to +75C). According to SunDisk, the product line responds to the needs of customers with storage requirements in harsh environments.

The Extended Temperature Flash cards will be available in capacities ranging from 1.8MB to 40MB and can be purchased with compression software pre-loaded.
