Qdisk 3.31 [ON DISK] Best

I noticed The HP Palmtop Paper referred to Qdisk version 5.11 [ON DISK] (Jan/Feb 94, pg.4). Actually the best version is 3.31. It only requires 8K of RAM space, while 5.11 requires about 40K.
