Lotus 1-2-3 on all three Palmtops has its own password protection for individual files. When saving a Lotus spreadsheet that you want to password protect, enter the filename followed by a blank space and the letter P. Then press (ENTER) and Lotus will ask you to enter and then verify a password. From then on, you wont be able to load this spreadsheet without the password. For this reason, it is important to write down your password somewhere or use one you wont forget.
