I called HP this morning at the number listed at the back of the manual and an automated voice gave me a new toll number to call. When I called the new toll number and finally got a human being, he said that the small parts service for HP is now being taken care of by EduCALC and gave me EduCALC's number (800-385-9376). I called EduCALC and they said that the part was free! They would just charge me $2 for shipping and handling. So if you loose your infrared cover, you know who to call now.
