Useful Notes (version 1.3) by Useful Software, is a small, fast information manager that allows you to create, organize, link and access information on electronic notes.

Useful notes can be thought of as being a blank pad of post-it notes. Each time you want to remember something, you grab the top sheet, jot down the information, then put it wherever you want it. Pretty soon you'll have a whole bunch of these notes. The program can be run from the DOS command line or as a TSR.
