LXGPS (version 1.2) is a moving map GPS (Global Positioning Satellite) program for the 100/200LX written with the PAL libraries. The program interfaces your HP palmtop to a GPS receiver that communicates using the standard NMEA 0183 protocol over a serial line. LXGPS can: display moving maps consisting of user-supplied maps in PCX format; provide navigation-to-user-defined waypoints, including graphical bearing indicators, distance to waypoint, and estimated time enroute; satellite tracking and signal strength display; log journeys; save waypoints; and set your palmtops time from a global positioning satellite.
