DataComm to Link with the Office
No matter where I am, as long as I am near a telephone, I can get data and exchange files with my office. I purchased a cheap pocket modem and use it with the 95LX to dial up my office computer and send or receive files over the phone lines. This lets me get my office work done whether I'm waiting around for a lab test, or for Admissions to finish their registration procedures. I go to the nearest phone, plug in my modem and link up with the office computer. Then I can send or receive any files I like,
without wasting any time.
