NO REASON TO USE A RAM CARD'S WRITE-PROTECT SWITCH

There is not a compelling reason to leave the switch on write-protect as the only threat to the security of the card, dead battery, would not be avoided with the switch. Nothing that I have ever done on the 95LX (and I have digitally abused it) has ever caused data to be lost that a write protect switch would have prevented.
