The ETEN Information Systems of Taiwan produces a Chinese version of the HP 95LX. (See page 45 of the May/June 92 issue for product description and contact information.)
This model was launched in Taipei and is reportedly selling briskly in Taiwan and other countries with large Chinese populations.
