MultiDay <ON DISK ICON>

MultiDay displays the Appointment Book file in a format where more than one day can be seen at a time. MultiDay can be run under SysMgr via an EXM loader file. MultiDay displays as many appointments as will fit on the 95LX screen, and can be freely scrolled backwards and forwards. Bars between days and weeks visually separate appointments. MultiDay divides the calendar into sections the length of which is defined by the user (typically 90-360+ days). This avoids the excessive overhead of displaying repeat appointments that are scheduled for many years.

All aspects of an appointment can be displayed in MultiDay, so repeat appointment flags, alarms and notes can all be displayed and accessed. MultiDay can search the entire appointment calendar very rapidly, since it scans the file to find a matching appointment, rather than scan forward day by day as the Appointment Book program does. Registered versions of the software search the entire calendar, while unregistered versions just search the current section.

MultiDay shows the actual appointments themselves. A zoom feature removes all status lines, so display shows 16 lines of appointments.
