When do I need a RAM card?
If you have allocated as much of the internal RAM to RAM disk as possible, and you still need more space to store files, you may need a RAM card. Moving files from the internal RAM disk to the RAM card gives you space to re-allocate internal RAM disk to System RAM.
A RAM card is also useful for backing up the files on the internal RAM disk.
