20MB Flash IC Memory Card

This PCMCIA 1.0 memory card is available for OEM only, in capacities up to 20MB (40MB with data compression). The HP 95LX can read/write to the entire 20MB, and the card features high read/write speeds. Card uses 5.0 volts from 95LX for read and write operations. A 3.3 volt read/write option is also available. Cards have an average sector endurance of 200,000 write operations.

Cards available in 1MB, 2MB, 4MB, 8MB, 10MB and 20MB.
