K2 Consultants Offer Lexi-Comp's Drug Information Handbook

K2 Consultants, Inc. is now offering Lexi-Comp's Drug Information Handbook (DIH) for the Palmtop. The DIH is a hand-held drug information system extracted from Lexi-Comp's vast drug database. By using DIH on the Palmtop, physicians or pharmacists will have instant access to clinical information on over 3500 common drugs.

The Drug Information Handbook consists of hundreds of interlinked monographs utilizing Advanced Reference Technology (ART) for DOS. Indexes cover generic drug name, brand drug name and drug classification.

The product can also be used to identify potential drug interactions or drug-disease contraindications, and review pregnancy, geriatric and pediatric precautions.

The DIH is currently being sold exclusively over the Internet at 1Stop Software. The company has extended it's introductory offer of $84.95 until December 31, 1996 due to customer response.
